How an AI-assisted marketer works
How an AI-assisted marketer works, when you hire me: agents search, draft and build, and I direct, check and decide. You approve every delivery before it goes out. You have one point of contact, in English and Dutch, on a video call. €60 per hour, or a monthly package from €1,200. We agree on timing after the intro call.
What Marketing OS is
Marketing OS is the name I use for my own way of working. It is not software you can buy. I do not attach results or counts to it.
The steps are fixed, and agents carry them out while I direct. They cover these areas of the work.
- Search and the site. SEO, meaning being found on Google. Search Console, Google's own view of that visibility. Visibility in AI search. Links from other sites.
- Ads. I set up and test Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Content and channels. Pages, posts and a content calendar.
- Sales and the market. Leads, a CRM (the system that holds contacts and conversations), cold email to companies that do not know you yet, and notes from calls.
A stronger model plans and checks. Cheaper models do the execution. A second agent reviews every delivery. Anything that is counted comes from a script. A language model may explain a figure. It never writes the figure. I note what I learned and improve the steps each week.

How an engagement runs
The work itself runs like this.
- Intro call. A video call or a short phone call. You tell me what you sell, and where the message or the site is letting buyers down.
- I review your site with you. I read the site, run the free growth scan, and we talk about the buyer and the offer.
- A proposal. It says what you will receive, in hours and in euros.
- Short rounds. I deliver a piece. You approve it. Then the next piece.
- Measure and adjust. We look at what happens and change the work.
Who decides what
Agents do the execution: search, draft, build. I check, and I decide what is accurate, what fits and what proceeds. You approve every delivery before anything goes out.
An agent does not publish on its own, and it does not spend money. I publish only after my approval and yours. Spending money, such as an ad budget, only happens after you approve it.
What you can expect
You work with one person. No account team, and no one relaying messages between us.
- One point of contact. You speak to me, the person doing the work.
- English and Dutch. I write both. The English is not a translation of the Dutch, and the Dutch is not a translation of the English.
- Shared documents. You can read the work as it stands, instead of waiting for a single handover at the end.
- Video calls. For the intro, and between rounds when a round needs a conversation.
Rate and packages
I charge €60 per hour, excluding VAT. A fixed monthly package:
- Start. 20 hours a month, €1,200.
- Growth. 40 hours a month, €2,400.
- Full power. 80 hours a month, €4,800.
- One-off project. €60 per hour, with the scope agreed in writing first.
Every package is cancellable monthly. On every package: if you do not appear in AI answers to your buyer's questions, you do not pay. The growth scan stays free. We agree on timing after the intro call.

Does AI write the words we publish?
Agents draft the research, the copy and the build. I read every piece, check the facts and decide what fits you. You approve the delivery. Nothing is published without my approval and yours.
Can I buy Marketing OS?
No. Marketing OS is my own way of working: fixed steps that agents carry out while I direct, check and decide. It is not a product and it is not for sale.
What do you charge?
€60 per hour, excluding VAT. A monthly package is 20, 40 or 80 hours: €1,200, €2,400 or €4,800 a month, cancellable monthly. A one-off project is billed by the hour. After the intro call you get a proposal that says what you get and when.
Can you guarantee a Google ranking or a mention in ChatGPT?
I guarantee that you appear in AI answers to your buyer's questions: if not, you do not pay. I do not guarantee a fixed position on Google. There I get the pages, the technical basics and a proper check of the facts in order, then measure what changes.
